Teljoy - Financial Flexibility lies

I Just ant to raise my displeasure in dealing with Teljoy as well as their marketing lies. I rented a TV from them in early April & gave 30 day notice in wriing at end of May for collection end of June. To my surprise I was told that I need to pay a R500 early cancellation fee (which was never discussed with my previously) I queried that Consult on the R500 cancellation fee & asked why Teljoy promote false marketing by telling the public that you can cancel your agreements with them at any time, which she chose to ignore & not respond to me. Teljoy can you kindly come & collect your TV which is gathering dust in my house please. Below is an extract from their website "Financial Flexibility - Teljoy allows you, the customer to upgrade, downgrade or cancel and return the unit at any time"
