Teljoy - Empty Promises
Teljoy....only empty promises. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years and never expected to face a situation where customer service just don't matter to them. Sitting for over 2 months now, with a faulty fridge/freezer. Paying a lot of money every month for my insurance on all of my units. Paying for nothing.
Sick and tired of their empty promises and excuses not to repair/replace my unit
