Teljoy Easyfix TV not repaired

I used the Teljoy Easifix insurance and my TV was sent in for Repair. Teljoy acknowledge my Backlight was faulty and that it was ordered. 5 weeks later I was informed my TV cannot be repaired and Teljoy would pay me Three months installments amounting to R187. The tv was inspected by my home I was with the technician all the time. My technician indicated part were removed of which I informed Teljoy. Teljoy inicated to me their technician did not removed parts. M techniciane could not have removed the missing part. Thus the part must have been removed when the TV was with Teljoy technicians. I want the TV in the state I handed it over to Teljoy

Without the missing parts it must be s****ped. Further more it does not help that Teljoy contract took my money all along as insurance and now you tell me About 8 years and older equipment that cannot be repaired. I want my tv back in the state I sent it to you.

Teljoy has left me know option to report this matter on Hellopeter as this whole thing is a mess just to be told you are paying me back R187 because u cold not repair the unit.

I have been very patient with Teljoy . I even had to remind my TV was not brought back to me. If I did not ask it would have probably been stripped even further.

Teljoy easyfix is a ripp-off.
