Teljoy easyfix a bunch of ********.

So terribly dissapointed in their service.i had a maintenance plan with Teljoy and my fist claim with them was horrible.My tv just stopped working.Called them and they collected it.No feedback from them for a couple of days.i had to phone them all the time.They provided news that they are unable to fix my tv and it was returned.No one could tell me what is wrong with the tv but only that they cant fix it.The guy that collected my tv took of the legs (lack of better word) of the tv and took it with him.He now claims that he never took it.Now i have a broken tv that cannot stand on its own.I have never ever dealt with such *********** people ever.Be very careful of these people.
