Teljoy doesn't want new business

Not sure if this company wants new business, I sent an application through and was pre-approved then was asked to send additional documentation which I did, I then got a sms stating that my application was approved and that a consultant would contact me within 24-48 hours and this was a week ago and I still haven't heard anything....I mailed Robert the consultant who initialy contacted me to send through the additional documentation and he is also silent......*sigh* very disappointing
