Teljoy Customer Service Non-Existent

I have been with Teljoy Easyfix for a while now. My dishwasher broke and I logged a call. I had to follow up before they booked an agent to come out and check what the problem is. He logged an order for parts on the 12th May 2020. I have since then followed up on 5 separate occasions. The customer service I have received is dismal. No one seems to care that I pay for a service that I am definitely not receiving. I was dealing with a lady who constantly tells me she will call me and provide feedback and never does, which is great customer service isn't it?! I also included customer service in all my correspondence and not a single person bothered to reply. Extremely unhappy and very disappointed. Absolutely would not recommend!
