Teljoy customer service is BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD

Is there a problem with teljoy's email or phone number because you can't get through to any one no response to email. They just hand you over to lawyers dont tell you why I am waiting on my new statement and refund back my husband's money because you dont know if teljoy has the correct banking details
