Teljoy Customer service experience with Samuel Duimpies

Teljoy used to give bad service in the past, my experience with them from the time I signed a contract with them almost 5 years ago had been one nightmare after the other. Until they brought in a new team member Samuel Duimpies and all my headaches with Teljoy disappeared. He has been quite helpful from day 1 of taking over my account. A people's person, polite and understanding, he always makes follow-ups, keeps to his word and today I am happy to say I have completed my short term rental contract with them through the help of this chap in customer services. Samuel if you do ever get to see this, Thank you and I hope Teljoy values employees like yourself.
