Teljoy Customer Service Disgrace

I would like to just say how very frustrated I am trying to get hold of Teljoy. I have an issue on my account with them that I would like some assistance with but both their numbers *** and ***just rings. Leaving a call me back message on their website also does not work as their is no one to call me back. I NEED THIS RESOLVED, this is disgusting to say the least. I went from a happy customer to being a very unsatisfied customer.
