Teljoy complaint
I got my daughter and laptop from Teljoy. Since last year it's faulty. Lines over screen, faulty mouse pad, 2 battery replacements, switches off by itself, freezing, it was reloaded numerous times where data was lost and loaded programs were not correct. She's stuck weeks without it and must go to varsity without a laptop. But I'm paying over R600 a month for it. I've asked several times for a manager to phone me back without success. I've demanded a new unit without success teljoy just have excuses. Worst experience ever with teljoy
