Can NEVER reach anyone otherside of the customer care line!!

Its been more than 2 weeks now after i submitted my paperwork and filled in the application and till date NO ONE has contacted me, RESPONDED to ANY emails, nor has had the common decency to call me back after i submit a callback. I have tried contacting the 011 nr, the 0860 nr both NEVER ends up going to call centre as it drops the call within the first few minutes. PHONE ME BACK PLEASE AS THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC ********** 320
