Great news, your Teljoy application is approved. An agent will contact you within 24-48 bus. hrs to finalise the contract

And and email that stated that i am approved with a ref number.

Every second day i email Teljoy to ask when is someone going to contact me. They did not respond. This morning 7 Dec 2023 struggle for an hour to get through to them. All off a sudden there is nothing on the system seems i never app****. I ask to spoke to manager, the person said she will talk to the manager and send me the contract. My main reason it happens on my previous application in 2021 also a bed. Then they sell it on the normal price and not on the special. I thought this is enough it cant goes on like this. I bought it because off discount price .
