Teljoy BAD Service

I took out an Easy fix appliance repair plan with Teljoy about a year ago About a month ago my stove stopped working I immediately reported this to Teljoy Easyfix and a ref no was given to me together with a contracted technicians details. I was not contacted for 2 weeks until I followed up with the technician who **** to me that he attempted contacting me. I asked him to come assess my stove of which he failed to do so , I then contacted Teljoy and another technician was appointed with a new ref no.

After a week the guy came had a look told me he knew exactly what the problem was and he was requesting an approval from Teljoy. To date I'm sitting with a broken stove almost a month now. I called Teljoy on more than 10 occasions spoke to numerous employees but no feedback is received.

Absolutely pathetic service Would not recommend this plan to anyone.

I want to cancel and be refunded all my premiums coz this is breach of contact in my opinion.
