Teljoy bad servic

So I have had the worst experience with TELJOY, and I honestly hope that this will get their attention. I have ordered a playstation 4 from teljoy, said I will be contacted about delivery, it has been over a week since then and when I send emails or messages to their whatsapp number or call in I I get the same thing, that the problem has been escellated and someone will phone me shortly, I got that on monday, till today no one has phoned me, I sent emails and messages today and got the same reply, that is has been escellated and that someone will contact me shortly, this is honestly the worst service ever. And I am not of to a good start with teljoy, this is honestly unacceptable.
