Teljoy and Saya collection skellums

I took out a account with teljoy and I have been paying but as due to unforseen circumstances I had to move to a informal settlement I was not awear that I needed to let the business know that I moved as a result of where I was living I lost everything in a fire and only found out about this after I was discharged from hospital bearing in mind I literally lost everything the people I lived with was people I don't know and they went back to eastern cape and I had no contact with them I only had the things I had at hospital with me so I called teljoy explaining my situation and they were able to put me on a payment plan but then things went south I then got a call from Berinece from the Saya collection department and asked about payment but at the time I had gone for a operation and was not earning any money after a few encounters I then asked for a settlement amount and she advised she will let me know then she sent me a whatsapp for a settlement amount and I asked her to email me a settlement quote a few days later family members assisted me to pay the settlement amount in order to better my credit score to find a place to live I then paid the settlement amount as per the settlement letter and sent a proof of payment avia whatsapp and email I then asked how long will it take for a paid up letter she told me she will get back to me after a few days I called her and sent her a whatsapp asking what's going on when will I get my paid up letter she then told me that they waiting for the payment to reflect that I understand coz I made the payment over a weekend I then called again a few days later and asked why is it taking so long I was then told the system is offline she will get back to me I then called again the following week coz this is taking to long she then tell me that she gave me the incorrect amount and I still owe them round about the same amount then I told her how is it my fault I want my paid up letter and I have proof that I paid the settlement quote that was sent to me if she made a mastake then she needs to fix it not me I then told her that I want my payment letter asap coz this is becoming very scetchy I then waited a week or so then called teljoy collections I spoke to a girl there and forwarded all my correspondence with Saya collection and Berinece she told me of they are at fault they at saya collections need to sort it out and advised she will give me a call back after she take it up to her manager note that this payment was made round about 20 May 2022 I am still getting invoices from teljoy telling I owe them less then what Saya collections quoted me I am now on a call waiting for the past hour for teljoy to answer I have emailed saya collections and teljoy I dont get any response this place is the worst experience I have ever had now I can't even find a place to live coz of my credit score all because of them
