Teljoy after rental still get billed

Bad Service from Teljoy after they tell you have one month left on your rental(Email) ,to own the equipment they send you a statement 2 months later to say you are in a arrears and still invoice every month amount is now building up now and is influencing my ITC Score i will no use there services again and would not recommend them
