A friend of mine filled in the forms and sent it to them 2 weeks ago, his account was approved and he signed the contract but he is still waiting for the product to be delivered, all he get from them is that they will contact him within 24hours but nothing happens. This is really BAD SERVICE!!!! Why is companies in South Africa degrading their customer services??? Is this why so many people is without jobs and the production is way down.
