This is my third entry already. I had to call them to get feedback as there is on customer service as they wont' provide update to there clients themselves.

Consultants can't assist as they state its with management and they busy with a quote. According to the consultants a quote gets done in 24 hours. My quote is already a week in process what is the hold up, why should I call in. Please can you assist me in getting this company to assist there clients, we have studies and exams that needs to be completed and need our laptop back working.
