Tejoy disgrace
My daughter app**** online on 23 Nov 2023. They promise a 24 - 48 hour feedback. It has been a week. She hasn't received ANY feedback on whether she's been approved or nothing. Try to call - no answer, you are holding for 20 minutes at a time. We have been trying this whole week to get an answer, customer care can't help us, (yes, you get through to them) only the sales dept, but sales don't answer their phone????? The special that she app**** for has expired - if she isn't approved, I would've app**** for her - but that special has expired. Really Teljoy, is this the best you can do???
