So I have this easyfix maintenance plan with Teljoy. Last year I sent in my 40inch lcd tv and received feedback that they are unable to fix device due to parts thats is unobtainable. So now last week I sent in my Telefunken 55inch smart TV who's backlight cuts out while watching tv and guess what? Received feedback that techs are unable to fix TV due to parts that is unobtainable. How can 2 different devices different models receive same feedback? Please can anybody explain. Smart TV's are the future so how is it that parts aren't available??

20 Apr 2023, 07:46I want someone to please explain to me to me how is it possible that with 2 different devices the feedback are the same. How have you never looked at the techs you people recruit to do the job. And as per this platform it seems I am not the only customer that this is happening to.
