Technician assistance Request
I purchased/rent a washing machine from Teljoy for a few months now. In December 2023 during the festive the machine started giving problems. I emailed Teljoy a few times since then to send a technician but, up until today no technician or contact was made o=to me from Teljoy. Every month religiously they take their debit order but sucks at attending to their client's needs.
