Taniel Naicker - Client Servicing Champion!!!

This rating isnt for Teljoy specifically, but for a remarkable employee who fully understands what client servicing means and goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are happy, and that we receive nothing but world class service with every single interaction. If it wasnt for Taniel Naicker @Teljoy, I think i would have cancelled every single contract that I have with Teljoy. Taniel is super friendly, she is beyond efficient and she without a doubt delivers on every single promise that she makes. She has not once but on a few occasions picked up the mess that other employees have made and she turned each of those messy situations around and delivered service excellence. After dealing with Taniel you tend to forget the nasty experience you've had. I hope Teljoy understand what a diamond they have and that she receives the recognition that she deserves. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience with each interaction Taniel, it's not everyday that you meet someone who goes over and above to make sure that their client is put first and that they are happy. And to management - perhaps Taniel should train your servicing staff on what customer service entails.
