TABLET

Their customer service is pathetic. No responses to your e-mails whatsoever. My tablet screen cracked and when I asked them to fix it - they said to me that they do not fix it - we have to fix it our selves. On their website it says if it breaks we fix it - so why do they not fix the tablet???? WHen we send it in to their technical department - the technical department quoted me nearly R3000 to fix the screen it is absurd. I WANT TELJOY TO FIX THE TABLET AT THEIR COSTS AS THIS IS WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE - WE FIX AT OUT COSTS. I am feel like not paying this account until the tablet is fixed.
