Struggeling to get washing maschine repaired

I am renting a washing maschine from teljoy, and i am struggeling with it, have been phoning forever, leaving messages for Rita to phone me back, and no response! I need my washing maschine in a working condition and no reaponse from teljoy, will not ever recomend them! Please help me to get response!!!!!! My money is good enough and a increase is added each and every year, but no service
