Strange "repair" report on my device. When queried, no answer!

I randomly experienced a problem with a barely used Dell laptop I am renting from Teljoy. It waa sent in for repair / assessment to be done by Platinum Warranty. I Was told that the problem I encountered was not found by technician. The technician had however only found liquid damage which I immediately queried as I know that while the device was in my possessio n at no point in time was there any liquid spilled on it ect. I was informed in writing that the liquid damage was of no serious consequence to the device and the device was returned. Roughly three weeks later I experienced the same technical issue that was not found by the technician originally. I took photographic and video evidence. Another collection was arranged. This time I was (eventually) informed that there is suddenly so much liquid damage to the device it needs to be replaced at my own expense. I have sent an email detailing all my queries regarding their findings, how the damage came to be and why the alleged problem, if so severe it warrants a replacement, was not found the first time around. This has been sent twice to both Teljoy & Platinum warranty customer service's. Six full working days have gone by without any response whatsoever. Not even a courtesy aknowledgement of receipt of my mail. I expect that the matter may be escalated through the relevant parties but I would appreciate it if a response is made as a matter of urgency. This entire situation began in August already with atleast some communication from the companies and yet now, suddenly, not a word- this entire situation is deeply upsetting.
