Worst Customer Service by Far. *****s used as call centre agents (Management is not that great either), having to repeat everything 6 times before there is a spark of understanding. Rather put a brick at the other end of the phone. We'll get more out of that.

Close your doors... Your service is terrible and staff are rude, stupid and completely unable to do their jobs.

Not worth the effort... AT ALL...!!
