So much for teljoy

For the past 3 months I've been straggling with my teljoy washing machine. Its in and out with loan units and my own paid up unit that i pay a maintenance plan. Today I've had enough. I am a teljoy customer for years. My whole flat is flooded by a loan unit washing machine. My machine broke again and the loan unit is an antique LG of which the water streamed out of the drum and drain pipe. My fridge, tv and tumble dryer was flooded. What now teljoy? What must i do to get service i deserve?
