Sneaky sneaky Teljoy

Rented a bed from them... "Lala Madrid"... They wrote all up, no questions about weight or anything like that. Approved. 2 months later, no bed. They sent me a different bed, from a different company, and was missing the matrass protector. We refused this bed, and they came to take it back. Our bed came evetually, after 20 different storys, 20 differend people, 20 different lies..... Caught them in..... Then the problems started. Complained about the bed breaking down within 2 months.. Springs sticking into us, horrible noizy thing.... Month later they wanted a picture of problem. Stop, matrass has a stain on it... They then called us *****.... That we deliberately did not put the protector on.... WHAT?.... YOU SERIOUS. Anyway....here it comes. They cancelled our contract. Finished.... So we thaught. They took another payment..... Promised to returned in 5 days.... WELL THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. We reversed it..... Cost us R30. Just now, I opened a message from them.. Our debit order did not go off and to fund our acc..... Will there be no end..... BTW.... bed still here. First time they said that somebody would phone to make arrangements.... Never did. Then they said someone would pick it up on Sept 18th..... Byr still dogging the bank acc....... Please, if anyone like Hello Peter can assist, please do.....
