Simply the best !!
I have been a client of Teljoy for many years now. In this time I have dealt with 2 phenomenal staff and I mean what I say.
Namely - Mr Samuel Duimpies regarding any problems I experienced with Debit orders amongst other things. He always replies to my emails it may take a day or two but he is exceptionally busy. I have always had any issues regarding my account with Teljoy handled very professionally. I hope that Teljoy is aware of the standard of service that Samuel Duimpies offers to his clients.
Lizanne Kruger. This lady is amazing she works night and day and I'm not joking. I have sent her emails on a Friday night at 9pm and even over a long weekend. She answers every time single time. She is a gem and nothing is too much effort for her. I never get a comment like " it's not my job" from this lady.
Appreciate them Teljoy management.
Finally to the company. I have dealt with you for years and I have never had any problems adding additional items to my account. I get answers from them within half a day and items are delivered a few days later. Teljoy is most certainly by far the best in this sector than any of it's competitors.
