Shocking poor service .Damage by contractor.

After being a Teljoy customer for many years the service has become extremely poor with no response to customers .After requesting a simple replacement of a drain pipe on our dishwasher the Technician came to site and managed to break the inlet pipe drenching myself and the laundry on the line .No apology and refused to repair damage on the same day no replacement pipe until Monday yet here we are after COB Monday and no replacement pipes have been installed so not able to use the appliance .
