Service is waaaay worse than any other Company

Just last week I wrote about how **** the service from Teljoy is and then I changed my view when they got back so quick and sent someone to fix my washing machine and I asked for a different person that checked last year because he does not know what he does. Yet they sent the same guy and guess what ITS STILL NOT FIXED!! Teljoy didnt even contact me again to find out if it was fixed! Seriously Teljoy the WORST service possible is from you! Please wake up and actually give your clients what you put in the contract, I will keep telling people how bad service from Teljoy is until they actualy start giving their clients what they promise
