Service and empty promises by Teljoy

I have complain about Teljoy's service on 16/09/19. I have received a call from Sharon Bapela on Tuesday 17/09/19 indicating that they will come and fix my appliances as mentioned during the day. She phoned me later the same day with times that did not suit me. I indicated to her that it will be convenient for me on Friday 20/09/19 after 10;00. She indicated to me that she will phone me back and confirm times. I phone her again today at 1038 after I have received no feedback again. She ask me to hold on which I refused due to the numerous times I have used my phone to try and get some sort of assistance. She indicated that she will phone me back but as usual only empty promises. Teljoy is an useless company according to the service I have received
