Service ??

<p>I app**** for an item last week tuesday, but because teljoy changed their system it was delayed. Then Maphalo Khumalo sent me an e mail asking to submit my doc's which i did. Again i received no feedback, the next day i phoned Maphalo her words where "sorry for the delay your documents are being reviewed but you where pre approved" then i get an e mail from her saying that I have - Low disposable income. This without them even knowing what my income is spent on ?? I sent Maphalo an e mail asking to explain this - again 2 days later NO REPLY. I phoned in and as the above person is impossible to get hold of I speak to a VERY VERY RUDE Ruth Gabriel that says to me "can you please understand what I am saying ". I still have no answers and i am **** SICK AND TIRED running after Teljoy ?????? </p>
