Good day.
I app**** for credit on the 30th of December. I was pre-approved and a SMS was sent to me that I will receive communication regarding my application within 48 business hours. I phoned Teljoy about 12 o'clock to enquire, they transferred me to the sales department where I was holding on the line for 20min without any answer and then the line cut? I would just like to know the status of my application.
