SENDING TV FOR REPAIRS GET TV BACK DAMAGED AND NOT OUR TV

My boyfriend and I got a TV from Teljoy the biggest mistake ever we only had the TV for almost 2 months the remote didn't work properly and the TV froze at some stages then everyyhing just stopped working we've send the TV for repairs and the faulty remote. They have send the TV back to us 2 weeks later; as we opened the box the foam to protect the TV was damaged the TV was not put back in the white cover that helps it not to get Scratched so when we took it out of the box after noticing all the things they did the TV is DAMAGED full of scratches after it left the premises without any scratches and marks on it. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR GOODS AT ALL... As we are setting up the TV we've noticed that the screen was fiddled with as the screen and the back of the TV are pulled away from each other that how we started noticing things are not cousur with the TV as it is more damaged than what it was send in for. We wanted to turn on the TV after we noticed the TV was damaged but only to discover they did not replace the faulty remote cost us to phone them again meaning we had to wait another 2 more days before we got a new (second hand) remote full of bite marks and scratches. Finally when we turned on the TV we noticed it was not our TV all our features are gone theres setting and channels on the TV that was not even installed on our BRAND NEW TV we also discovered there is papers of another tv in our TV box ( that we think is not ours). I refuse to pay for something that is not working properly and that was DAMAGED BY TELJOY and for second hand goods. Please give me advise on what I can do as I feel like I want a brand new TV with a remote that is not damaged as I feel like I pay allot for something that's not working and got damaged that's also not my TV.
