SECOND HAND OR SMALLER SIZE

<p>2015, I start with rent to own (51 inch TV) from Teljoy, early in 2016 I report the TV as it’s being faulty, Teljoy replaced the TV with another make/model plus to an 50 inch an inch smaller then original size. A few weeks ago I had to report the NEW TV yet again; however I was informed last week that Hisense do not make 50 inch any more but they will replace the TV with a NEW but yet again it will be an inch smaller. I asked them if my premium stays the same and was informed that my premium won’t go up or down and if I would like to have a 51 inch as per signed agreement they can give me a second hand one and not a new one, I am very upset as I am paying for a 51” TV but the size keeps getting smaller.</p>
