Hellen Ncube took my call to assist me in resolving an account that they keep billing me for after me calling a few months prior to make an arrangement to settle it they still have no record of that conversation, plus still interest is being charged and yet i'm calling to settle the account. Pathetic Service Champions . would love to hear feedback with my account as i have called 3 times today alone. if not then the items are available to be fetched .
