****s! No customer service

i have several appliances rented through Teljoy. When they sell the contract they advise if it breaks and it cannot be repaired they will replace it.. Well my washing machine has been broken for over 3 weeks. "waiting" on spares. after several story changes and time line changes the "parts" arrived. The technician is currently working on has replaced the parts and it still isn't working! so how long does one have to wait before it is replaced? Do you think a month without a washing machine is not long enough to warrant replacing the unit? I am disgusted with both DEFY and TELJOY who just don't know what customer service is! i will NEVER rent another item from you. When my TV's are done that is it!
