****S!!!!
Absolutely pathetic service!! I've been a customer of Teljoy for more than 10 years. Last year, I sent an email claiming ownership of my TV and wanted to have another unit. They ignored my emails and kept billing me and telling me that my account is in arrears. Eventually they sorted that out but ended up "closing" the account. I told them I DID NOT request for it to be closed. They then called me and told me I can have a TV at the time the TV was R1075. I was then emailed and told they tried calling me to do the contract mandate. I was in hospital and could not do the contract with them... I called and then told them I want the same TV and see that the price is now R629. They told me they can't give it to me and that I can only take a TV of R499. Now bare in mind that I've been a long standing customer and they outright refuse to give me R129 extra after already approving me for R1075. This is PATHETIC.
I earn enough to be able to afford an extra R129.
Teljoy customer service is pathetic and all they do is make empty promises. I won't advise anyone to go here especially because they can't make provision for someone that was a long standing customer.
