Rude staff

i appliwd for extension on my loan agreement in April No response was received. Last month around the 15th I had to cancel a call on a agent after being rude. I then arranged with Helen to pay R500 before the Monday which i did. I AGAIN paid R500 last week. I know my acc is behind but Siphiwe just phoned me and told me I am ********. I dont rhink this is how you treat a customer. Just bwcause i said its hard to make an arrangement. Yes its rent to own. She now want to collect one of my aplliances. Im trying to catch up but being called ********, not in. I have two months left then my washing machine is paid. When i tild her im reporting her, someone can call me her words was, go ahead
