Rude and very petty

I have been trying to get a workable arrangement with Teljoy but the supervisor Ms Sarona Motlale is tedious, downright rude and very obnoxious. Not only has she told my mother that she will embarrass us by taking the goods back,as if we would be embarrassed by that. It is just goods not life.She speaks to us like we are young retarded children. There is protocol to follow in every collection and it is a service industry after all, and word of mouth still finds Teljoy clients. She does not understand customer service and there is a fine line from being rude and firm. I am totally suprised how someone like her is in supervisory position. The result is I am discouraging everyone I know from taking anything from Teljoy which is a shame as your sale staff are so nice. I am also considering returning your products myself, that is actually how fed up I am.
