Robing they're customers with secondhand things

I am renting a playstation 4 from them within 3 weeks it was not working anymore don't know what the problem was I have send it back all they did was repair it where the sould replace it and when also I got it back my box is damaged and now they also expect me to pay a full amount for a secondhand thing they promised me I would have it in 3 working days but waited 3weeks for it also said they would replace it with new one not repair it this is the worst service I have ever had from anny company this is like *****ing from the public I have paid in full for it but still ant happy the customer service don't phone back it cost me almost 300rand in airtime just by holding the line for them the hole time if you buy something that's new you have a garentea and also they said they would exchange it this is really not on
