RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I reported one of the stove plates was not working over 6 months ago , I was informed they will be sending Vello Electrical to repair , Vello came out twice & replaced the stove plate , but it was the switch which was faulty , they then said they will order a switch , when one came back to repair , I sent emails & telephoned the shabby service I am been given , The Teljoy started saying the service agent cannot contact me on my phone , but they got me on the same number After been given the run around , I was promised the service agent was going to come on Friday 13/11/2020 . I took time of work so I could be available, and no one came Teljoy Easyfix are happy to take my cash but cannot provide the service I pay for . THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .
