Replace parts with secondhand parts

Good day you guys always say thanks for bringing it to attention but it's a new product that's not even 3 months old and it's been repaired and going for second time and when i asked i don't want a repaired console you guys at parts serve said they not going to give me a new console but of i got a product from game or those places they would have exchange it for a new one now you still want me to pay full price for a second hand console that's not on i just think that this is poor works men ship and now i am going to wait another 3weeks for it to come back witch i am not happy with my console is my way of making extra funds now i am loosing money while i am waiting for the product if i have rented from rentoza i would not have the same problem but cose telljoy is in the market for years i thought i could trust them and your customer service is good up in till you get your product but after that it's really poor so I'm not happy with the way you do the service after that and now i have to pay a full monthly installments for something i can't use the consol is in for repairs longer than what i have it please just sort it out cose when you fetch it i want a replacement product at the same time cose i think that's just fair

Also all you going to be doing is give me a console with second hand parts also i complained about how they scratched the body of the console and damaged the box now how can i say it's a new product i don't want it repaired i want a new one cose i would understand if it was a year old but 3 months it's sepose to be new would like to get this sorted out but your customer chat group is not helping so that's why i have to write a review on hello Peter
