Renting Faulty Goods

Am renting to buy a bosch 16kg top loader. The washing results are so bad. I have reported this from the 1st month I received the washer. They sent Bosch technician who claimed I need hot water to get the washing results i want. I have asking them to change this washing machine instead they tossing me around their employees pretending to help while while they debitting my money. Am disgusted with the treatment they are giving am reporting this to my lawyer and the Ombudsman..
