*** mnr Thembinkosi Ngwenya- its inconnection of the payments of our TV set that we rent to own for 36mnth and you let us pay extra for another 12 months. You must refund that 12 payments to us. The beginning of August we send the first mails for you people at Teljoy; then you do not come back and i send my first hellopeter.com review. Two days later you contact us, you send us after a few messages the refund form after another lot of messages from us you recieve the refund form back from mr CAC Hattingh. You never said to us how it worked from you side. You tell mr Hattingh it is 7 to 10 working days Friday it was 7 days today it is 10days. On Monday you sent a email you will come back to us shortly!!!! How long is youre 7- 10 days? How long is youre " SHORTLY" YOU KNOW WE NOT FIGHT FOR SOMETHING THAT NOT BELONG TO US! FOR 12 MONTHS TELJOY take money from us that belongs to US + every month bank costs and the last 4 months you make the payments R303 so that was higher as the other payments. Now i wants to know qhat must me and my husband must do so that you can refund that money you stole from us? If you cant do what you promiced us. We is tired for this **** realy.
