REFUND BEING IGNORED AND NOT BEING PAID OUT!!!!!!

ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING SERVICE!! My contract ended in May 2021 and I was supposed to receive a transfer of ownership . I never received it. They then continued billing me for the next 2 months. I followed up with Customer Service and they sent me a refund form. I returned the form with all my relevant details and they advised payment would be made in 5 -7 working days. Upon following up last week, i found out my refund form has not even been submitted. I sent follow up emails which were ignored, i have sine made 5 calls to try and get some sort of assistance. I have been a loyal customer and have never missed a payment and to be treated like this is shocking! Its so easy to take a clients money but when it needs to be refunded, then you receive absolutely no assistance!!!!!
