Received a tv with a SHATTERED SCREEN
I received my 65 inc tv from Teljoy a day earlier as they telephonically told me.As it was a day earlier I was on my way to work.The evening when I came home I took the tv Out of the box and noticed that the whole screen was SHATERED. IT DID SWITCHED on but screen was shattered as if the delivery guys have put something on it.It is unacceptable to receive a service like this.I want a new replacement tv and not a repair one as this was totally nucleus delivery fault

02 Mar 2026, 19:54I phone teljoy this morning and give them the whole explanation about the tv I received screen that was totally shattered. THEY promised to phone me back before the end of the day but No responds was received from teljoy

04 Mar 2026, 08:13I have contacting teljoy yesterday again about the tv that is broken .The consultant inform me they will call me and deliver the tv.Up to date no one call me back and the same with my diswashef I reported that was faulty .The company that was appointed to repair did not even call ne or anything .This is unacceptable
