Promises

Teljoy called me last Tuesday and I explained what happened and they said they will come back to me . Both my issues was not resolved .. 1st my stove issue is still the same .they said they closed the case why I don't know. My tv they could not fix due to unavailability of spares which I think they could have looked at other places especially LG for spares ..They promised 6 months debits back but still nothing ..
