Positive customer service provided
I have had an unfortunate service dispute with the company and felt very frustrated, however two individuals have stepped up for the company and managed to turns this into a positive result. Thank you to both Samuel and Malcolm for going beyond the normal and treating our client situation with urgency and understanding. Hopefully your example will be followed by the rest of the team. Your impact was felt and appreciated.
